Welcome to The Canopy. We’re delighted to have you with us and kindly ask you to help maintain the peaceful environment by observing these guidelines:

Respectful Environment
We strive for a kind and respectful atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas such as the garden or near the pool. Please avoid smoking inside the house or on the verandahs, and kindly dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully.

Dining Areas
To prevent attracting insects, we ask that meals and snacks be enjoyed outside on the verandah rather than in the bedrooms.

Swimming Pool Use
Please shower before entering the swimming pool, helping to keep the water fresh and enjoyable for all.

Massage Treatments and Bed Linen
If you’ve had a massage, please shower thoroughly afterward to ensure oils do not transfer onto bed linens.

Damage and Breakages
If you accidentally damage something, please inform us promptly. Charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

Parties and Events
The Canopy is designed for quiet relaxation; parties and events are not permitted.

Guest and Visitor Policy
Only guests registered at the time of booking may stay on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless arranged with management in advance.

Pets
We love animals, but to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, pets are not allowed at The Canopy.
